At Millo, we offer different types of talking therapies namely: Counselling, Couples Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), Coaching and Mentoring. It is important to recognise that for some problems one type of talking treatment may be better than another. However, they all focus on your emotional or psychological needs. We deliver this either face to face, via Skype or telephone. It can be individual therapy, group therapy or through themed retreats or via projects or events that bring awareness of pertinent emotional and psychological challenges.
