Counselling

Counselling

Counselling tends to be "non- directive" i.e. not offering advice but allows a person to talk through their problems and feelings in a confidential and safe environment. A counsellor believes that you have the answers within you, and together you can find them. Millo’s qualified counsellors will listen attentively and help you improve things by talking and exploring your difficult feelings. We will support you, respect your views and be empathetic in a non-judgemental way. We will help you find your own insights into and understanding of your problems.

Counselling can help you cope with a variety of issues such as bereavement, stress, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationship, bullying, Domestic abuse survivors, adjustment and coping mechanism with long term illness and many more problems that you may want to explore and talk about in a safe space.
